Court of Tirana returned to prosecution the case of the massacre in 'Don Bosko' in 12 March of 2023 where a woman was killed accidentally, while another was injured.

Court said that the prosecutor Adriano Dyrmishi must further investigate if Nikoll Shërniku, one of the closest friends of Ervis Martinaj, was in prison or not when the murder happened.

So far, Tirana prosecution pretends that Sherniku is the person that committed the murder, as he brought from Germany a vehicle with German plates used during the murder.

Meanwhile Sherniku pretended that he was in jail when the event happened, as he was suffering a sentence for illegal weapons possession.

In this event, was accidentally killed Mimoza Paja while was injured Shehat Murati, Astrit Memaj, Genci Shaholli, Ermir Dajçuk, Emanuel Çala and a minor R.P., the niece of the victim.
