The Ministry of Health reported this Sunday that out of 445 tests, 26 citizens have been infected with COVID-19, while only 4 patients are receiving treatment in COVID3 hospital. No casualties reported and 34 recovered in the last 24 hours. 

The Ministry of Health appeals to citizens to be vaccinated as soon as possible, to protect themselves and the health of others. COVID vaccines reduce the chance of infection and greatly avoid hospitalizations and fatalities. 

"We inform you about the situation in the last 24 hours, as follows: 445 tests were performed, out of which were positive with COVID19, 26 citizens, in the following municipalities: 14 in Tirana, 7 in Fier, 2 in Shkodra, by 1 citizen in Durrës, Himara, Përmet. There are 242 active citizens with Covid19 across the country. 

Currently 4 patients are receiving treatment in COVID3 hospital. In the last 24 hours there is no loss of life with Sars-Cov2. 34 citizens have been cured in the last 24 hours, bringing the number of cured to 272,125 since the beginning of the epidemic," the ministry informed.
