Democrats postponed with one day the beginning of the massive protests after the arrest of their MP, Ervin Salianji.

The National Council of the party decided this Sunday to protest, Monday on October 7, while Edi Paloka called everyone to join protests.

"Albanians will stand up, they will react. The Albanians are not the Xhafa, Rama or Bajri brotherhoods. I have a lot of faith in the DNA of Albanians, so today I make a call first to the opposition, first to the democrats. The imprisonment of Salianji was the last declaration of war that Edi Rama declared against us," said Berisha.
