Durrës, Three Members of 'Eagle' Forces Suspended from Duty
Three members of the "Eagle" forces in Durrës are suspended from duty. The Police Protection Agency announces that the officers B. Gj., H. H., and R. H. have been suspended.
The investigations against the above employees were carried out by the Durrës Regional Directorate, after the report made by the citizen A. K., on the suspicions of committing the criminal offense "Committing arbitrary actions", provided by article 250 of the Criminal Code.
"The Regional Directorate of AMP Durrës has implemented the order of the Prosecution for the execution of the decision of the Court of First Instance of Durrës, which has set the measure of personal insurance with a preventive character "Suspension of the exercise of a duty or public service" against three employees of the Local Directorate of Durra Police.
By decision of the Court of First Instance of Durrës, the following police officers have been completely suspended from exercising their duties:
- Inspector B. GJ., with the duty of Service Corps in the Special Force Sector "Eagle" in Durrës.
- Inspector H. H., with the duty of Service Corps in the Special Force Sector "Eagle" in Durrës
- Inspector R. H., with the duty of Service Corps in the Special Force Sector "Eagle" in Durrës.
The investigations against the above employees were carried out by the Durrës AMP Regional Directorate, after the report made by the citizen A. K., on the suspicions of committing the criminal offense "Committing arbitrary actions", provided by article 250 of the Criminal Code.
From the investigative actions, it has emerged that the citizen A. K. was escorted on 06.11.2021 and while he was in the security rooms, the above police officers used violence against him, arbitrary actions that are also evidenced by the review of the film footage of the premises security of Durres Police," it is said in the announcement.
