We recall that the victim was identified as Fatjon Biçi, 15 years old, while his cousin Marko Liçi was injured.

"I am deeply shocked by the event that happened today in Gramsh, where a teenager lost his life as a result of a conflict with his peers.

Despite the fact that this event happened on the street, outside the school premises, our educational institutions, together with other law enforcement institutions, parents and families, we must strengthen cooperation to fight negative phenomena among children and young people, which lead to in such serious events.

One of the priorities in our education system is the strengthening of security in schools, for which we work hard by increasing the number of psycho-social service workers and security officers from year to year, as well as training them and teachers on an ongoing basis. However, we must all reflect as a society to increase vigilance to prevent, identify and manage cases of conflict in school, family and everywhere else.

My deepest condolences to the teenager's family, hoping that such events never happen again," Kushi said.
