Court of Tirana has given this Sunday the security measure of "prison arrest" for the educator, Majlinda Dehima, who is suspected of raping the 3-year-old in a kindergarten in the capital. 

She was arrested on November 9, i.e. three days ago, following the order of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana. 

Earlier on, she was arrested after the release of footage, where she is seen mistreating a minor, who also broke her leg. 

Nevertheless, she is accused of the criminal offense "Mistreatment of a minor".
