Police Supervision Agency (PSA) has revealed that an in-depth investigation has been launched about the scandal of Elbasan Police Deputy Commissioner, Anisa Kostani, who issued insulting comments and threats to journalists on social networks. 

After violating the police regulation on the use of social networks with her recent statements, the Supervision Agency has confirmed that it has started the procedure of an in-depth administrative investigation against the officer. 

PSA also revealed that Anisa Kostani has also been under investigation for her public appearances in the media, where she attracted attention in her interviews with the famous snake around her neck. 

However, the reaction of the police, known to the public more for the snake he keeps at home, came after the murder on the evening of August 17 in Elbasan, where 33-year-old Madrit Ulqinaku was shot to death. 

The 18-year-old murderer, Horgito Peqini, fled in an unknown direction without being caught by the police, but according to Kostani, this is not a detail that should be taken into account since the police of this city are doing an excellent job, which only the "blind" and those who have taken the "exams from Don Juan professors" do not see it. 

The policewoman even went so far as to insult the honor of female journalists who report on current events, casting doubt on how they got their diploma. 

According to her, those who write badly about the Police of Elbasan have taken the exam from "Don Juan professors" and that the journalists will "end up under tires of vehicles".
