In the load of chemical fertilizer that was discovered in the house of the former head of the municipality of Frakull in Fier, there were 485 kg of cocaine and not 430 that was initially announced.

This was the conclusion of the expert report regarding the shipment of 20 tons of chemical fertilizers from Colombia that were seized in the residence of the former mayor of Frakull Viktor ?ervanaku.

In the operation finalized a few months ago, codenamed "Consistency", 10 people were captured, among them Viktor Cervanaku and his family members, including the latter's brother, son and fiancee.

The operation was finalized on November 24, 2022, under the coordination of SPAK and with the participation of the American DEA and the police of Montenegro.

The chemical fertilizer was ordered by the company registered in the name of Zenel ?ervenak, while it was confiscated at Viktor Ccervanak's house.

Based on the report, the cocaine mixed with chemical fertilizer had left Colombia, stopped first in Piraeus in Greece and then in the Port of Bari in Montenegro. 

The cargo then went by land to Fier, while it was kept under the surveillance of the authorities.
