Prime Minister Edi Rama has announced Friday the completion of works for the construction of Shkodra Bypass in the first segment.

On a social media statement, where he greeted Albanians, the Head of Government said that just like everywhere, the project had to be seen from the beginning, ironizing the political opponents.

"Good morning and with the bypass finally completed in Shkodra in the first segment, where just like everywhere, we had to revisit the whole project left by those to whose "books were eaten by the goat" a long time ago, I wish you a good day", wrote Rama.
