Former judge of the Constitutional Court, Fatos Lulo was declared guilty by the Special Court against Corruption for concealment of wealth.

Lulo was condemned with 9 months in jail, but this decision was converted in 80 hours of job in community. 

Former judge was discharged by vetting on March 23 2018, while prosecution seized a store in his property of 172m2 in Tirana. 

He pretended that he took this store as a gift from his sister, but prosecution said that his sister didn't have properties and incomes to justify this gift.
