Former PM Adviser Dorian Duçka Appears at SPAK

Dorian Duçka, whose name appeared in the case of former FBI agent Charles McGonigal, has gone to the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK).

Dorian Duçka is the "person B" mentioned in the McGonigal file and was said to operate as an official adviser to the prime minister.

Prime Minister Edi Rama in his speech during the debate motion in Parliament on March 2, 2023 about his connections with the arrested former FBI official, Charles McGonigal, admitted that Dorian Duçka was his external advisor.

"What does the indictment itself say in these 14 times? The first time point 8 page 3, person B operated as an official adviser to the prime minister. It is true that Dorian Duçka was an external adviser in those years, this is a fact, but where are the crimes or compromises in this fact?", said the head of the government in the pulpit.

Dorian Duçka previously held the post of Deputy Minister of Energy and was relieved of his duties in 2015.
