Greek Police Arrest 2 Albanians for Kidnapping Bangladesh Man

Two Albanians, aged 32 and 29, have been arrested in Paleo Faliro, Athens, by police officers and charged with forming a criminal organization, extortion and kidnapping.

Greek media report that Albanians have taken a young man from Bangladesh hostage, thus blackmailing a relative of his, threatening him to take the amount of EUR 10 thousand.

The incident was reported to police and officers undertook a special operation on the case. The 25-year-old from Bangladesh was released from the apartment, while the two Albanians were handcuffed for the kidnapping.

The blue uniforms suspect that the two youngsters are part of an organized criminal group and are working to uncover the necessary clues.
