Interior Minister Discusses Berlin Process Summit with Soreca

The Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, declares that next week a meeting of the interior ministers of the countries participating in the Berlin Process will take place in Tirana, a meeting which precedes the Tirana Summit. 

Through a post on social networks, Minister Balla declares that during the meeting held with the Ambassador Chargé d'affaires ad interim in Tirana, Luigi Soreca, he underlined that the main topic of the discussions was cooperation with the EU in matters related to security, migration, or war against organized crime. 

"Next week we welcome in Tirana the interior ministers of the countries participating in the Berlin Process. The meeting of Interior Ministers precedes the Tirana Summit and aims to deepen cooperation, regional integration and accelerate the integration of the Western Balkan countries towards the European Union. 

With Ambassador Luigi Soreca, Chargé d'Affaires ad interim, who just returned to Tirana, we also discussed close cooperation with the EU in matters related to security, migration, the fight against organized crime, as well as the necessary support within the framework of IPA programs. , writes Balla.
