Demonstrators gathered in central Tirana on Friday for the sixth consecutive day of protests against the proposed Zvërnec project, while Prime Minister Edi Rama held talks with residents in the coastal area.

Protesters initially assembled in Skanderbeg Square before marching toward the Prime Minister’s Office, continuing a series of rallies that have drawn opposition to the controversial development plan.

Participants carried banners and chanted slogans expressing their rejection of the Zvërnec project, maintaining pressure on authorities as public debate over the initiative continues.

The latest demonstration took place as Rama met with local residents in Zvërnec, where he discussed concerns surrounding the project and reiterated his willingness to engage in dialogue with citizens.
