The Italian citizen, Salvatore Di Tella who caused the death of his brother-in-law, with a 'Jet Ski' in the beach of Velipoja was released from jail this Sunday.

Albaniandailynews.com learned that he was released after the Appeal court decided to accept his request to appear once a month in front of the court. 

The accident happened on August 18, when the two young tourists from Italy crashed with jet sky. The crash was fatal for the 19-year-old man, Nicola Loro, while Tella could be saved by the doctors in Shkodra.
