The judge of the Court of First Instance in Tirana, Gerd Hoxha, has been confirmed in duty, having successfully passed the vetting process. 

Hoxha was confirmed in office at the session of June 3, 2021, at the Independent Qualification Commission, but it was the International Monitoring Operation that recommended the Public Commissioner to appeal the decision for him. 

So with today's decision of the Special Appeals Commission, Gerd Hoxha has received the final confirmation for passing the first level of vetting.
