Kosovo Police has confirmed that the owner of the Kobra City bar, Dibran Hoxhaj, has been arrested as the main suspect for murder of the 31-year-old from Kukës.

Spokesperson of the regional police of Prizren, Shaqir Bytyqi, said that together with Hoxha, five other people were accompanied to the police station.

31-year-old Visart Cengu was killed and 27-year-old Rufgen Shehu was injured after shooting at their car as they were leaving with the vehicle driven by Arben Basha. 

The incident happened on the outskirts of Prizren after a conflict that started in a nightclub, while local media reported that the owner of the "Cobra City" bar in Prizren, the Albanian from Kosovo, Dibran Hoxhaj, shot at the car of the citizens from Kukës. 

Meanwhile, it is reported that the young people from Kukës did not have weapons with them, and were shot while they were leaving. 

Previously, the Police clarified that a physical conflict took place in the bar and the clash with weapons took place on the exit of Prizren.
