Kosovo Imposes Curfew 22:30 - 05:00 as Coronavirus Cases Surge

Kosovo's government on Monday re-imposed nightly curfews. According to a document of Klan Kosovo, citizens are prohibited to move from 22:30 pm to 05:00 am.

The new rule will be obligated in the cities of Prishtine, Prizren, Peje, Podujeve, Gjakove, Ferizaj, Lipjan, Drenas, Vushtrri, Mitrovice of South, Gjilan, Fushe Kosovo and Shterpce.

The country of 1.8 million people has registered a surge of covid-19 infections, around 7413 confirmed cases and 185 deaths from the respiratory disease.

People will not be allowed to go outside between 22:30 pm to 5:00 am next day as Prime Minister warned that the health system risks the collapse.
