At the closing meeting of the campaign in Kavajë, the political leader of the Socialist Party of the District of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, together with the Prime Minister Edi Rama, have called on the citizens to vote in this mandate for the head of this Municipality, Redjan Krali. 

During his speech, Veliaj said that Kavaja has had the support of the Government and Prime Minister Rama in every project.

"Today I want to tell you two heartfelt words: Edi Rama loves Kavaja. Edi Rama has approved every project of Kavaja. Edi Rama was here with us not today, but in the most difficult days of the earthquake, to make sure that there are 404 new apartments. Edi Rama has made sure that every idea that has come from Kavaja is financed so that Kavaja can move forward alone," said Veliaj. 

He also said that Kavaja will not go back, because citizens will vote for Socialist candidate. 

"I hear those others who say: We have Kavaja in our pocket. They say this about Kavaja, Kamza, and Shkodra. I can tell you that no one has Kavaja in their pocket. Kavaja with Edi and Redi will move forward. In these 100 hours we must tell every democrat that the most important party is your family," said Erion Veliaj.
