The ex-husband of Klodiana Vefa, the 37-year-old who was executed with a bullet to the head last Thursday evening (September 28) in Castelfiorentino, in the province of Florence, was found dead. 

Alfred Vefa, who is the suspected perpetrator of the crime, whom the police had been looking for for about 2 days, was found in an isolated area of the municipality of San Casciano in Val di Pesa. 

According to the police, he ended his life by shooting himself with the gun he used to kill his wife. 

Around 4 am, a citizen reported a suspicious car, parked and abandoned. The police went to the scene and discovered that it was Alfred Vefa's car. They started searching and found his dead body at 6 am.
