President of the Rerpublic, Ilir Meta, has decorated with the High Title "Knight of the Order of the Flag", the first President of the Albanian Red Cross, Dr. Elmaz Konjari. 

This appreciation comes on World Blood Donor Day. In a ceremony held in the "Youth" Park, Meta expressed appreciation and gratitude to all blood donors. 

"I encourage all citizens, especially young men and women, to overcome indifference and join this noble human cause by becoming regular donors to save lives and help anyone in critical need of blood," said Meta.
