Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka, participated in the Ministerial meeting "Shaping global cyber security a call to action to promote responsible state behavior and capacity", which was held in New York. 

During her speech, she focused on the cyber attack on Albania, which she mentioned was sponsored by another country, as she asked for improvement of cooperation and investment in cyber security.

Cyber ??threats are complex, destructive, menacing and increasingly frequent. Albania has just experienced a brutal, large-scale, state-sponsored attack. 

It is essential to improve bilateral and multilateral cooperation and partnership and invest in cyber security,” tweeted Xhaçka.
