The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama appointed on Friday the new vice minister of Tourism and Environment. She is a woman, Almira Xhembulla who will join the new cabinet. The last was earlier Member of Parliament of the Socialist Party in Dibra county. 

Xhembulla from 2012 until today has worked as an Adviser for Advocacy and Gender at the International Foundation CNVP (Sharing the Values of Nature with People).
