Tirana Prosecution and the state police shed light this Saturday on one of the criminal cases that ended with one victim and four injured. The head of Tirana Police, Tonin Vocaj gave details over the 'Don Bosko' massacre in capital.

According to him, Kasander Noga, results to be the person that ordered a murder two years ago, where a man was killed accidentally, Erion Cela, and were injured Blerim Çela, Edmond Crroj, Arben Dani and Azbi Selimaj.

Even while Noga is arrested in Belgium, he payed Kevin Zeneli, in order to kill Geron Hasanbelliu and his two nephews due to an old grudge.
