The Albanian Prime Minister is trustful that Albania will soon have 20 and 30 million of tourists. Present at the conference for the "Security of the Tourism in Albania", Rama said that on 2030 the number of tourists in Albania will be tripled.

"We are facing a very fast development. The number of foreign tourists has reached 5 million and don't be surprised that after 5 years we will reach 10 million. Many may question this prediction. But it's not like those promises that are thrown in the air and then blown away. But it is based on concrete analysis and projections.

Today if I am asked where Albania 2030 will be in terms of tourists and if we return to our very ambitious target of having 20 million tourists in 2030, I am very afraid that I would be wrong, as we will have to look at these two years to have more certainty in our projections.

It is not stupid to think, since seeing how this year has started, the figure of 20 million will be reached much earlier and that in terms of demand for Albania it may reach 30 million, but when we talk about these projections we must take into account the offer, what we offer today, so that our offer meets the demand," said Rama.
