A 24-year-old was arrested this Tuesday by Shkodra Police after being accused that he was the man that arranged the transport of 7 emigrants that died a month ago in “Këlcyrë-Përmet” road.

He was declared wanted by police since the tragedy and was arrested this Tuesday.

The citizen S.N., was resident in Shkodra and he organised the transport of the emigrants.

Unfortunately their vehicle had an accident and all emigrants and the driver died near Gjirokastra.
