One day ago's intense rains have caused the level in the Drin River and Lake to rise, while the surface of the land under water remains unchanged, 1400 hectares. 

Meanwhile, Oblika 1 water supplier is still out of order and in 15 apartments there is water in the yards. 

"Situation in the Municipality of Shkodër, at 08.00 on 24.01.2023, is presented as follows: 

Level of the Drin river (Bahçallek bridge hydrometer) marks the quota of 6.10 there is an increase of 5 cm at 18.00 on 23.01.2023 (quota max 7.50 m) 

Level of the lake (Bunes bridge hydrometer) is 8.55 m, there is an increase of 5 cm at 18.00 on 23.01.2023 (max quota 8.70 m). 

The total flooded area in Shkodër Municipality is 1400 Ha, unchanged at 18.00 on 23.01.2023 

Ana e Mali Administrative Unit 1300 Ha flooded. 

Oboti street has 75 cm of water, unchanged at 18.00 on 23.01.2023 

Oblica 1 aqueduct is out of order.
