Arsen Ziko, 27 years old, resident in the village of Gradec, Skrapar, has been arrested after being charged with the criminal offense "Cultivation of Narcotic Plants". 

Following the investigative actions, police also prosecuted on his own recognizance citizen R.G., with the duty of Head of Gradec village, as it is suspected of consuming elements of the criminal offense "Abuse of Duty".

Skrapar Police Commissariat arrested citizen Arsen Ziko, 27, resident in the village of Gradec, Skrapar, suspected of having committed the criminal offense "Narcotic Plant Cultivation". 

Following the investigative actions, the criminal proceeding began for the citizen R.G., with the duty of the head of Gradec village, as he  is suspected of consuming elements of the criminal offense "Abuse of Duty". 

The materials were passed to the Berat Judicial District Prosecution for further action.
