Chairman of Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party (SP), Taulant Balla, has visited this Tuesday the "Liberators of Kosovo" in The Hague, for Albania's Independence and Liberation holidays. 

Through a video shared on social networks, Balla was accompanied by MP of the SP Arben Pëllumbi, when entering The Hague to meet former president of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi and other former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA): Kadri Veseli, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi. 

"In The Hague for the holidays of Independence and Liberation of Albania to the LIBERATORS OF KOSOVO", underlined Balla.

Today, Albania is celebrating the Liberation Day, which is commemorated as the day, November 29, 1944, in which the country was liberated from Nazi Germany forces after the Albanian resistance during World War II.

On Monday was the Flag Day, or Independence Day, which is celebrated every 28 November as a holiday in Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia and the Albanian diaspora.
