Socialists refuses to send the issue of the mandate of former socialist Minister of Defense, Olta Xhacka in the Constitutional Court.

After a long debate, socialists evaluated that this issue should not be sent to Court.

They refused with 72 votes against and only 39 pro from the opposition. 

Xhacka herself said that she is not in a conflict of interest, although her husband, Artan Gaci, took the title of the 'Strategic Investor' on 2022 to construct a resort in the south of Albania.
