SPAK Requires 4.5 Years in Jail for Former Head of Vlora Prosecution

The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) required 4 years and 6 months in jail for the former head of the Vlora Prosecution Auerel Zarka,

Due to the shortened sentence, Zarka will be condemned with only three years in jail, as he is accused for the criminal offense of "Exercising unlawful influence over persons exercising public functions", committed 3 times, in collaboration 2 times, "Active corruption of judges, prosecutors and other justice officials", committed in collaboration, as well as "Passive corruption of judges, prosecutors and other justice officials".

He was arrested last year, over 'Toyota Yaris' case.
