SPAK Seized Properties of 15 People Suspected for Drugs Trafficking

The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) confiscated the properties of 15 people.

Through an official statement, this prosecution informed that the properties were 47 vehicles, 18 properties, 25 businesses of a group suspected for drugs trafficking and structured criminal group.

The persons whose properties were confiscated are: Fael Muka, Xhulio Kastrati, Kledjon Mucollari, Ervis Vangjeli, Kristian Ibrahimaj, Alban Mahilaj, Klaudia Sulejmani, Besmir Selamaj, Altin Ymeraj, Mark Lisi, Ani Kuci, Daniel Elezi, Erando Mara, Indrit Kolgjokaj, Endri Sercan and their relatives.

From the investigative acts, resulted that the Italian authorities of justice, specifically the Florence Prosecutor's Office and the verifications carried out by the Special Prosecutor's Office in Albania, have administered data on some Albanian and Italian citizens, who operate within the framework of a structured criminal group, with the aim of trafficking narcotics from Albania to Italy and then distributing it in Italy. 

Also from the investigation, data was administered that the money obtained illegally from the criminal activity of the members of this criminal group was invested in the territory of the Republic of Albania.
