Former Mayor of Kavaja, Elvis Roshi was taken as defendant by the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) this Monday.

Accompanied by his lawyer, Roshi was called to be communicated the accuse for 'Abuse of Duty' by SPAK.

This prosecution started investigations against him after a denunciation made against him by the High Inspectorate of Justice for abuse with tenders that he gave while on duty,

Roshi was accused for causing a damage up ALL 33 million with tenders.
