The Head of the Special Prosecution against Corruption, Altin Dumani, said Monday that this prosecution will respect the decision of the High Court that the case of January 21 will be discussed by SPAK.

The materials will be deposited at SPAK and according to Dumani, this prosecution will coordinate with Tirana Prosecution on this case.

He explained that SPAK will take all the materials by Tirana Prosecution on this case.
