Dissatisfaction with parents and family members is a common occurrence amid teenagers worldwide. It was exactly this displeasure that forced two 16-year-old girls from Tirana flee their homes on the first day of the 2021.

Family members of the two 16-year-old girls from Tirana had reported them missing, but the juvenile girls were found in Përmet Tuesday morning, as the police announced.

Official sources said that the girls are in good health and are in the Përmet Police Station. Nevertheless, they had left their homes on the first day of the New Year, claiming that they would meet each other and were found traveling on a bus from Saranda to the town of Përmet.

“As a result of continuous checks by DVP Tirana, in cooperation with the Saranda Police Commissariat and the Përmet Police Commissariat, this morning became possible the finding of two minor girls who left the apartment on 01.01.2021.

The girls are in good health and are in the Përmet Police Station, where they will be taken by the services of DVP Tirana and will be sent to the respective apartments”, said the law enforcement earlier today.
