General Director of the State Police has approved the dismissal from the State Police of 1 police officer and the suspension of two others after abusing duty.

The first is inspector G. N., 24 years old, with the duty of Service Corps in the Cërrik Police Station. The 24-year-old was arrested the day before, for the criminal offense of "Theft committed while abusing duty". His arrest was made after being proved he stole 30,000 euros in the apartment where he went to check. 

Also General Director approved the suspension from duty of citizens E.H. and R.M., police officers of the General Patrol, in the Elbasan Police Station. The disciplinary proceedings have started alongside the criminal proceedings initiated by the Prosecutor's Office at the Elbasan Judicial District Court. 

From the investigative actions, it was found that the citizen E. H. had a conflict with the citizen R. M., 23 years old (police employee, at the Elbasan Police Station), during the time when both were outside the service hours. 

During the conflict, the citizen R. M., in cooperation with 2 other citizens, still unidentified, hit the citizen E. H. with a hard object, who received treatment in the hospital of Elbasan and is currently out of danger for life.
