Tirana International Airport (TIA) has announced Saturday that in spite of cyber attack on the TIMS system, flights are ongoing and as scheduled.

In its announcement, the Airport called on the passengers to appear two and half hours before their flights so as to avoid unpleasant situations.

"Tirana International Airport wants to notify all the passengers that despite the momentary problems with the TIMS system, there is no interruption in the operations at the airport. The departing and arriving flights continue as scheduled, however, kindly be advised to be present at TIA 2:30 h in advance in order to avoid any inconvenience", underlined TIA.
