An accident involving a police officer and police vehicle has taken place this Thursday afternoon on "Myslym Keta" street of the Albanian capital, Tirana.

Data released by the law enforcement proved that police employee with initials P. N., more specifically member of territory control team has crashed with a bike ridden by citizen A. G., about 55 years old.

Following the crash, the damaged person has been transported to the hospital to get the necessary medical attention, the police informed.

In the meantime, the State Police investigators have gone to the scene and are working on clarifying the circumstances of the accident.

"On “Myslym Keta” street, the vehicle driven by the citizen P. N. (police officer) part of the territory control group, collided with a cyclist with the initials A. G., about 55 years old, who is being sent to the hospital to receive medical assistance", announced the police.
