A deliberate explosion has been recorded in the early hours of this Friday morning in front of the residence of the citizen Pëllumb Shpati in the Dobraç neighborhood, who is the head of the Crime Investigation Section at the Shkodra Police Station. 

As a result of this explosion, damage was caused to his apartment and vehicle. 

On its part, the investigative group is working to unravel the incident and identify the perpetrators. 

"Around 3:50 a.m., in the Dobraç district, a quantity of explosives exploded in front of the residence of the citizen P. Sh., acting head of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes, at the Shkodër Police Station. 

As a result, minor damage was caused to his apartment, as well as damage to his vehicle. 

The special investigative group set up to clarify this event, from the first investigative actions, has provided evidence that will lead to the identification and capture of the perpetrator/s", announced the police.
