Independent Qualification Commission (IQC) has dismissed this Monday the Tirana prosecutor Kol Hysenaj, after the investigation process against him that lasted almost two years. 

The Independent Qualification Commission finds that since the reopening of the investigation for prosecutor Hysenaj, problems for the property criterion have been ascertained again, while 5 new denunciations from the public were filed against him. 

Kole Hysenaj started his career in the justice system in 1997 and worked for more than two decades as a prosecutor in the Prosecutions of Lushnja, Kavaja and Tirana. The vetting process consists of three main pillars: Assets, background and professional assessment.
