A Socialist Party observer was arrested after he violated the commissioners during counting process.

The event happened at the counting center no.30 in Tirana. 

The 26-year-old, R.N. and the 40-year-old, O.D violated the secretary of the counting center in the capital. They punched him after a banal conflict.

Police arrested the young man while declared wanted the 40-year-old.

The counting process in Albania is towards the end, and the ruling majority took 83 seats in Parliament, while democrats only 50.

Socialists won the fourth mandate to govern the country, but the last votes, seems to bring trouble among them to define who one most.
