Young Man Who Held Hostage Durres Mother of Two Left in Prison
Marjus Musaku hsa been sentenced to prison by the Court of Durrës this Friday, after being accused of the criminal offenses of "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty", "Coercion or hindrance to live together or to enter into or dissolve a marriage" and "Forcible sexual intercourse with grown up".
On Tuesday32-year-old Marjus Musaku was arrested after holding Ersida Dyrmish against her will for 9 days.
However, arrest of the 32-year-old was made after the report of the citizens T. D., 36 years old and E. D., 30 years old (husband and wife), residents of Durrës, who yesterday evening reported that the citizen M. M. illegally deprived the 30-year-old of her freedom by forcibly kept for several days in an apartment.
Furthermore, he reportedly forced her to live together and forcibly had sexual intercourse with her, threatening her with a knife and lives of her family members.
Ersida Dyrmishi was declared missing, after on 25.07.2022, at the Durrës Police Station, her husband reported that she had left the apartment and never returned.
Meanwhile, the materials against the perpetrator were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
"Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Durrës Police Station arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offenses of "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty", "Coercion or hindrance to live together or to enter into or dissolve a marriage" and "Violent sexual relations with adults", citizen M. M., 32 years old, resident of Lushnja, previously convicted for the criminal offense "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty".
The arrest of this citizen was made after the report of the citizens T. D., 36 years old and E. D., 30 years old (husband and wife), residents of Durrës, who yesterday evening denounced that the citizen M. M. illegally deprived the citizen E. D. of her freedom, forcibly kept for several days in a hotel, forced her to live together and violently had sexual intercourse with her, under the threat of a knife and threatening the lives of her family members", said the police at the time.
