High Judicial Council (HJC) has chosen this Wednesday 8 candidates out of 22, as a result qualifying them for the ongoing race of Supreme Court vacancies.

In this framework, the chosen candidates are: Jetmira Rragami, Rezarta Melo (Cenaj), Sokol Sadushaj, Ervin, Pupe, Theodhor Sollaku, Kestrin Katro, Ilir Panda and Ardita Buna Alsula.

Furthermore, Sergjio Mazreku, Ndue Pjetra, Ergys Misha, Aldona Sulaj, Jordan Daci, Lindita Troja, Alma Loci, Hermina Albunesa, Agron Lamaj, Vjosa Bodo Mujo, Shaqir Hasanaj, Anton Lleshaj and Altin Binaj have been disqualified due to non-completion of standards, while Irena Nino has given up.

Nevertheless, many Court's judges have been dismissed via the vetting process because of failure to complete the job's three main pillars: assets, background and proficiency.
