Ardian Çapja has given explanations before the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) for the murder of Gentian and Nezir Beqiri in 2012, for which he is accused. He has denied his responsibility in this event, stating that "I have no connection, I was in Macedonia". 

Çapja emphasized that he is innocent and that according to him everything is done to damage his image. 

"I have nothing to do with the murder of 2012 because this is confirmed by the cell phones that I have been abroad. Prosecutor Ridvan Sukaj did this manipulation", stated Çapja, among other things. 

"I plead not guilty to all the charges brought against me by the prosecutor's office, everything was done to damage my image. 

In 2005, my brother was killed and we as a family left it in the hands of justice. I was escorted to the police for the murder of August 15, 2012, while I was coming from Macedonia. 

Until August 13 of that year, I was on vacation in Greece. Then I decided to go to Macedonia and buy boilers, there were 4 of us, including my nephew Florenc Çapja. Before entering Elbasan, the police stopped us, and they interrogated us, where I found out who had been killed. 

I don't know any of the other suspects, I have nothing to do with them. The prosecution blocked our passports and arrested my nephew Florenci. 

Prosecutor Ridvan Sukaj is connected to crime, I have asked him to clarify my events that they have tried to assassinate me three times, 2 in 2017 and one in 2020 with a sniper. 

After the massacre of February 3, 2016, I never left the house. 

The murder of lawyer Ravik Gurra is related to the February 3 massacre. Prosecutor Ridvan Sukaj did not get us evidence about the 2016 event and this is Sukaj's revenge against us. Investigations continued for 2 years and failed to reveal anything. 

This is where the manipulation and orientation of investigations began. I have nothing to do with the murder of 2012 because this is confirmed by the cell phones I was abroad. 

Prosecutor Ridvan Sukaj made this manipulation. I heard in the media that you, prosecutor Dibra, are investigating the murder of my lawyer Ravik Gurra, you have three phones, you have my file, find out who killed the lawyer, do justice.
