Albania recorded another spike in new cases of the coronavirus new infections and deaths this Friday according the last data of the Health Ministry. This institution has confirmed 836 new infections - a new record high - and 15 deaths past 24-hours. 

The victims are a 16-months-old baby girl from  Durresi, a 45-years-old from man, a 80-years-old, a 82-years-old from Titrana, a 49-years-old from Lezha a 58-years old from Saranda, a 61-years-old and a 70-years-old from Shkodra, a 61-years-old from Kukesi, a 65-years-old from Mati, a 65-years-old from Dibra, a 66-yrars and a 72-years-old from Pogradeci, a 71-years-old from Fieri and a 86-years-old from Lushnja. 

Actually there are 15.732 active cases of Covid-19 nationwide and a total of 672 deaths. Most of the people who died had underlying health issues but unfortunately there were even other victims without any known disease.

Nearly 80% of the new infections recorded past 24-hours were in the capital of Albania, Tirana, (560) then Fier and Elbasan (31) each, Vlore (30), Durres (28), etc.
