An unusual situation was recorded inside the premises of the Special Court, where the lawyer Detar Hysi was threatened for life.
The latter was part of the session where the confrontation was taking place between the defendants for the sensational murders of Klodian Saliu and Vajdin Lame, and the repentant justice, Luftar Reçi.

During this Friday's session, Luftar Reçi answered the questions of the lawyers of the defendants who are accused as organizers and instigators of the two sensational murders of 17 years ago.

This Friday's session was accompanied by debates between the justice witness, the defendants and the defense lawyers, and the latter were even threatened with their lives by the witness Reçi.

During the interrogation, Reçi threatened Lulzim Berisha's lawyer, Detar Hysi.

It is learned that Reçi told Detar Hysi that he is one of the people on the list to be killed. The latter informs that he will file a complaint with the prosecutor's office and will follow all legal steps, stressing that this is the first time such a thing has happened to him, and moreover within a courtroom.

This is the third session that the repentant of justice Luftar Reci, whose testimony revealed the murders of Vajdin Lame and Klodian Salliu in February 2005, gives his statements before the special court.

For these two murders, SPAK has taken defendants, lulzim Berisha, Plaurent Dervishaj, Emiljano Shullazi, Viktor Ymer, Indrit Taullai and Indrit Rusi.
