The American ambassador, Yuri Kim, has arrived in Vlora to closely observe the voting process in this municipality. 

The American diplomat entered one of the voting centers while she is heard asking observers if they had any problems or pressure from certain people. 

"I have visited several cities. I was in Nivica, Selenica, here. I am also following the situation in Himare. And I will be present in many other cities. Of course, I am one of the many observers in these elections", stated Kim.
