An ambulance was involved in an accident this Thursday in the neighbourhood "Vasil Shanto" of Shkodra after its driver was drunk. 

Police suggest that the driver lost control of the vehicle and collided with two other cars. "During the alcohol test, the driver of the ambulance, citizen P. M., was drunk, at the rate of 0.95 mg / l", the police informed. 

There were no patients in the ambulance at the time of the accident.

A 45-year-old was handcuffed, after he was driving an ambulance in a drunken state.  

Urban and Interurban Traffic Specialists of Shkodra arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen P.M., 45 years old, resident in the neighbourhood "Vasil Shanto", Shkodra, after in a place called "Sheshi Rusit", in the neighbourhood Partizani, Shkodra, driving the ambulance, lost control and as a result collided with two other vehicles, causing only material damage. 

While performing the alcohol test, the driver of the ambulance, citizen P. M., was found drunk, at the rate of 0.95 mg / l. 

The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office, for further procedural actions, for the criminal offense "Irregular driving".
