Ahmet Masha was the second person arrested with the former socialist Member of Parliament, Jurgis Çyrbja by the request of the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK).

They both were arrested for the criminal offenses of 'Active Corruption' and for 'Supporting a perpetrator of a crime'.

Çyrbja was arrested in Shijak while Masha në Rinas, as another one was declared wanted.
