New details came out after the arrest of the former socialist Jurgis Çyrbja.

So far it was learned that he was an user of the SKY app and prosecution suspects that he collaborated with persons with criminal records in Durrës.

After the accusations of abuse of office and his calls to SPAK, Çyrbja decided to give up from his mandate as MP.

Çyrbja is also accused of 'Abuse of duty' in at least four cases when he signed the ownership of nearly 25.000 square meters of land in the area of ??Rrashbulli in Durrës.

The investigations against him are related to the position of director of Cadastre in this city, a position he held until 2017, when he received his first term in parliament.
